On 15 December 2025, DK Global Semiconductor (Malaysia) was incorporated, marking a significant step in strengthening KMS Holdings’ footprint in advanced manufacturing and cross-border ventures. This strategic move underscores our commitment to expanding our global presence and enhancing our capabilities in the semiconductor industry.

Following this, on 16 December 2025, Kinesis Semiconductor Wire Solutions (India) was established. This incorporation reinforces our governance frameworks and positions India as a key partner hub for semiconductor and renewable energy solutions. By localizing bonding wire manufacturing, we aim to support the growth of Integrated Device Manufacturers (IDMs) and Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) providers in the region.
