As a pioneer in localizing this critical semiconductor input, Kinesis is addressing a key dependency in the semiconductor value chain. By enabling Integrated Device Manufacturers (IDMs) and Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) providers—including tooling industries—with precision-engineered bonding wire solutions, the company is strengthening supply-chain resilience while supporting India’s national semiconductor vision.

Supporting this mission is Kinesis Manufacturing Solution (KMS Holdings), the strategic holding company established in January 2021 to drive innovation across semiconductor manufacturing, equipment solutions, renewable energy, and talent development. Built on more than 100 years of collective leadership experience across OSAT and Integrated Design Manufacturing, KMS has a proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing semiconductor factories and resilient supply chains. Through disciplined execution and strong governance, the group integrates complementary capabilities that extend beyond individual business lines.

Within this integrated platform, DK Global Semiconductor Sdn. Bhd., incorporated in Malaysia on 15 December 2025, plays a critical role in advancing semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure. Operating as a KMS Holdings–controlled venture and in partnership with Zhejiang Dongkai Semiconductor Science & Technology Co. Ltd. (established in 2016), DK Global delivers turnkey chemical and gas delivery systems, wafer tool gas box integration, and photovoltaic energy solutions. By bridging facility infrastructure with process-tool precision and intelligent monitoring systems, DK Global enables fabs worldwide to achieve enhanced safety, reliability, and sustainability. With a roadmap that positions Malaysia and India as dual hubs, the company is expanding into India in 2026 to serve global markets.

Complementing manufacturing and infrastructure capabilities, ACE Training & Consultancy focuses on building industry-aligned talent pipelines through advanced training and workforce development.
